Billing and Insurance
Bay Radiology is an approved provider for most insurance carriers and health plans. We work with self-pay patients to create a financial plan that fits your budget.

We will submit your claim, and any secondary claims, to any insurance company under the benefit coverage you specify, including workers’ compensation, auto insurance, and personal injury. Ultimately, the patient is responsible for payment of the account, including any balance not covered by insurance. Once insurance has paid, you will receive a statement for your patient balance when applicable. If you believe your statement is incorrect, please Contact Us immediately. Contact your insurance company if they have not paid for your procedure within 30 days. After 30 days we will charge 1.5% interest on all outstanding balances.
We offer cash discounts at significant savings for fees paid in full at the time of service. Payment plans are available for self-paying patients who are unable to pay fees in full at the time of service.
